About kidsme.es and these terms
Kidsme.es is owned by Norma Pena Blasco (hereinafter Kidsme), with its registered office at Calle C/ independencia 283-285 entlo 2 esc D 08026 (Barcelona), and CIF number 46241674J
If you would like to contact Kidsme, you can do so by email at hola@kidsme.es or by phone at 609 805 509. Kidsme reserves the right to modify the Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend reading them before placing each order.
Geographical area and product availability.
The items offered through kidhubsme.com are available for delivery in Europe.
Although we aim to satisfy all our customers, all product orders are subject to availability. In this regard, if we experience difficulties with supply, run out of stock, or encounter inventory issues, we reserve the right to provide you with information about similar products. Obviously, if you do not wish to order any of those substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
Orders and cancellations
Orders
We have tried to make placing an order through kidhubsme.com intuitive and easy. However, if you have any questions at any time, you can contact us at 609 805 509 or by email at hola@kidsme.es. Please remember that placing an order on kidhubsme.com constitutes full and complete acceptance of the terms of sale, so if you have any questions, it is worth clarifying them before finalizing your order.
Important: An order will not be fully valid until the associated payment is received for the exact agreed amount. In the case of bank transfers, the payment recipient must match exactly the one indicated on kidhubsme.com.
Cancellations
Your order begins processing as soon as you confirm the purchase.
However, your order can be canceled as long as it has not been handed over for delivery. This usually happens every day at 1 p.m., although it may vary.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by phone at 609 805 509 as soon as possible.
Prices
Prices on kidhubsme.com always include the applicable taxes depending on the product type (21% for general products and 4% for books).
On the other hand, shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are added later once the purchase process has started, but always before it is completed. As a customer, you will always receive a summary of the amounts that will be applied before making the payment, and this summary will distinguish between product prices and shipping costs (always including taxes).

Kidsme undertakes to deliver orders in perfect condition to the address you have provided. Please note that we do not accept delivery to PO boxes.
Deliveries are usually made
- within 48 or 72 business hours for the Spanish mainland.
- within 4/5 business days for the Balearic Islands and Portugal.
The calculation period is in Spanish business days from the receipt of the order and payment in our system, provided that the order contains all the information necessary to process it.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or local or national holidays.
Occasionally, we may have some items on kidhubsme.com that, due to their characteristics, have longer delivery times than usual. If so, these items will have their specific delivery time specified on the product page.
Delivery is carried out through well-known courier services. Upon request, Kidsme will provide you with information about your shipment (such as the tracking number, for example), the courier company delivering it, and the courier company's phone number.
Please remember that shipping costs are not included in the product prices.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Flat rate of €4.95 (VAT included) for the entire Spanish mainland, including Portugal
- Flat rate of €6.95 (VAT included) for the Balearic Islands.
Free shipping.
If an order exceeds €60 (VAT included), shipping costs will be FREE.
Kidsme also reserves the right to run promotions on shipping costs.
Returns
All products except personalized ones* purchased from KIDSME can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
For us to accept a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was delivered, in its original packaging.
KIDSME will cover the shipping costs if the product received is not the one ordered or if it is damaged during shipping.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1) Inform us of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving it by emailing hola@kidsme.es .
2) You will receive confirmation by email of the return of the product(s) within a maximum of 24 hours, along with the address where you should send them
3) The return shipping is the customer's responsibility and must be carried out through a courier company or by certified mail with a tracking number. KIDSME is not responsible for any lost return packages.
4) Within 24 hours of receiving the products, we will issue a refund or exchange the size/item if necessary. In the case of a refund, it will be issued using the same payment method used to pay for the order. It may take up to 7 calendar days to become effective.
* Personalized products can only be returned if they arrive damaged or if the personalization error was ours. In this case, they will be replaced with an identical product.
Promotions and discount coupons
Promotions, special prices, or offers published on kidhubsme.com are valid while supplies last.
Kidsme reserves the right to change product prices and special offers without prior notice.
Occasionally, Kidsme releases promotional codes (discount coupons) for the benefit of its users and to promote its website. Some of these codes require the user to register as a user on kidhubsme.com
Kidsme cannot be held responsible for promotional codes published on websites or in print media not affiliated with Kidsme.
Discount coupons are not a means of payment under any circumstances and, therefore, are not subject to the same conditions as other payment methods. Therefore, they cannot be exchanged for money or used partially, and may be subject to a number of restrictions, such as the number of times they can be used, the person who can use them, a specific validity date, a minimum order, and the brands or product groups for which they can be used.
Payment Methods
There are 2 payment methods accepted on kidhubsme.com:
- Credit card via the secure Stripe platform: at no cost to the buyer. Confidential data is transmitted directly and securely (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution, which acts as the payment intermediary. Credit card details are never stored on our website. 3D security is used.
- PayPal: PayPal payments are made directly on the PayPal website, subject to PayPal's terms of use.
Discount coupons are not considered a means of payment; they are only discounts applicable to the stated prices.
